About Me
With over 40 years experience at the coalface in management with large and small companies Ian combines his considerable business understanding with a unique presentation style to develop your team’s stratitude and improve your results.
His background includes many years in management of customer service focused industries including retailing motorcycles, establishment of the Computerland franchise in NZ and the import and distribution of hand tools to the motor industry. All of which involved managing people who sometimes did not want to do the job and achieving exceptional results.
He has written six books on business skills and personal development, created, developed and maintained commercial software for the automotive industry, built franchise and other business models for many companies, consulted to the blue chip companies like Mitsubishi, See Beyond Software and others. He’s a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and a Magician as well.
Some people call him a Motivational Speaker but he prefers to be called a Strattatudalist.
